That means no one-size-fits-all plans, no extreme diets, and no guilt around food. Instead, we’ll work together to build habits that support your goals, your health, and your lifestyle. Our first session is all about getting to know you. We’ll start with an intake where I’ll learn more about your health history, lifestyle, and eating habits. From there, we’ll talk about your goals. Together, we’ll create a personalized plan that fits your life and sets you up for success. This is a no-judgment space, and you’re welcome to come as you are!
