About Mikayla
Hi! My name is Mikayla and I'm a registered dietitian who helps women build a healthier relationship with food while working toward realistic weight loss and better energy. I specialize in supporting busy women and moms, active women, and those navigating PCOS, pregnancy, or postpartum nutrition.
Approach to care
I emphasize balanced meals, adequate protein, and realistic strategies that support weight loss, performance, and overall health. I help people learn to track macros but we can also achieve goals without tracking if that's what you prefer. Sessions are collaborative and judgment-free, and I strive to meet you where you are while helping you move forward with confidence.
Your first session with Mikayla
Your first session is focused on getting to know you. Weâll discuss your health history, current eating patterns, lifestyle, goals, and any challenges youâve been facing with food or weight. By the end of the visit, youâll leave with clear, realistic next stepsâsuch as meal structure ideas, protein or fueling strategies, and small habit changes you can start right away. There is no pressure to be perfect, track everything, or overhaul your life. This is the start of a supportive partnership designed to help you make progress at a pace that feels manageable.
