About Miley

Hi, I’m Miley Nguyen, a licensed Registered Dietitian who believes the body can heal when given the right support. My own journey through malnutrition and hormonal imbalance taught me how overwhelming unexplained symptoms can feel — and how powerful it is when someone truly listens. That experience drives my compassionate, personalized approach. I work with individuals ready to move beyond quick fixes and uncover the root cause of their symptoms. Whether you’re dealing with SIBO, Candida, chronic bloating, hormone issues, blood sugar swings, fatigue, or autoimmune flares, you don’t have to navigate it alone. Using functional testing like GI-MAP, DUTCH, HTMA, and CGM, I help you understand what your body needs and create a realistic, sustainable plan to support long-term healing.
