About Mimi
My mission is to meet you where you are at on your health journey and provide personalized nutrition education that fits your unique needs and lifestyle. In a world filled with diet noise and conflicting information, I am here to guide you back to the B.A.S.I.C.S of nourishing your body, quieting the diet noise, and helping you feel good from the inside out.
Approach to care
As a dietitian, I help my clients tune out the diet noise and feel confident in their food choices. My approach is rooted in evidence-based guidance, compassion, and personalization—because there’s no one-size-fits-all when it comes to health. I focus on addition, not restriction, and I believe food should support your energy, digestion, and long-term well-being—not just the number on the scale. I work with people who are tired of dieting and ready to build a better relationship with food—one that feels empowering, not overwhelming. I’ve done the research so you don’t have to. I’m here to help you untangle conflicting information, understand what your body needs, and make realistic changes that actually fit into your life.
Your first session with Mimi
In our first session, my goal is to learn more about you—your goals, lifestyle, food preferences, medical history, and current habits. We’ll explore the foods you like and dislike, your past experiences with food or diets, and what feels realistic for your life right now. I’ll meet you where you’re at and provide personalized education, along with a clear outline of how we can work together moving forward. Most importantly, this session is a judgment-free space where we can begin building a plan that supports your health, energy, and relationship with food—one step at a time.
