Before becoming a dietitian, I spent years in corporate environments, so I understand the pressure, pace, and long days that make self-care feel impossible. For over 15 years, I’ve supported women juggling careers, family schedules, and frequent travel. Many come wanting weight loss, but what they truly want is steady energy, less stress around food, and confidence in their choices. My approach focuses on metabolic health and the lifestyle factors that shape it—sleep, stress, routines, hormone shifts, and daily nourishment. My goal is to help you build simple, personalized habits that support thriving in your career and life—not just getting through the day.

We’ll talk through your eating patterns, stress levels, sleep, movement, and any health concerns so we can start uncovering the factors that may be shaping your metabolism and energy. From there, we’ll identify a few realistic, achievable steps you can start using right away—nothing overwhelming, just practical shifts that fit your real life. You’ll leave the session with clarity, a sense of direction, and confidence that you don’t have to do this alone. Our work together builds week by week, helping you create lasting habits that support feeling better in your body every day.
