About Miranda
Hi there! I’m Miranda, a Registered Dietitian who’s passionate about helping people feel confident and empowered in their nutrition choices. By day, I work in the NICU, caring for some of the tiniest and most vulnerable patients. Outside of work, I love supporting adults in reaching their nutrition and wellness goals—whether that’s making peace with food, feeling more energized, supporting a health condition, working toward weight loss or gain, or improving body composition. I’ve lived in six U.S. states and two countries (the U.S. and Canada), and I bring that same curiosity, adaptability, and openness to my work with clients.
Approach to care
I believe good nutrition is both science-based and personal. I’m here to meet you exactly where you are—no pressure, no judgment—and help you take steps toward your goals at a pace that feels right for you. Starting nutrition counseling can feel overwhelming or confusing, and together we can turn the “grey” of nutrition science into clear, actionable steps. We’ll work together to create realistic, sustainable strategies that fit your lifestyle so you feel supported, confident, and encouraged every step of the way.
Your first session with Miranda
Our first session is all about you—your goals, your lifestyle, and what you hope to get out of our time together. I’ll ask about your current habits, challenges, and preferences so we can create a plan that’s realistic, sustainable, and completely tailored to you. You can expect a comfortable, judgment-free conversation where we collaborate to find solutions that work for your life. By the end of our first session, you’ll walk away with a clear, personalized plan you feel confident and excited to begin.

Hobbies
Outside of work, I’m a mix between a big traveler and a total homebody! I’ve lived in six states and two countries, and I love exploring new places—but I also love cozy nights in. At home, you’ll usually find me playing with my cat Moo, going on walks or runs, or trying new sports just for fun. This fall, I’m joining a cornhole league for the first time, and I can’t wait!
