About Miriam

Hi, I’m Miriam Boutte, MS, RDN, LDN — a registered dietitian with a clinical background and a passion for helping individuals feel confident and empowered in their nutrition journey. I take a balanced, realistic approach to healthy eating that prioritizes nourishment, flexibility, and long-term well-being. My goal is to support you in developing sustainable habits and a positive relationship with food—without guilt or restriction. I’ve worked with a wide range of clients in both clinical and outpatient settings, including those managing chronic conditions, navigating new diagnoses, or simply seeking a more personalized path to health. My care is always individualized and rooted in evidence-based strategies tailored to your unique goals and lifestyle.

Approach to care

My approach to care is centered around partnership, compassion, and personalization. I believe that nutrition isn’t one-size-fits-all, and lasting changes happen when recommendations align with your life—not the other way around. Whether you’re managing a chronic condition or simply looking for clarity in your food choices, we’ll work together to create sustainable strategies that nourish your body and support your overall well-being. I take a non-judgmental, realistic approach that helps clients move away from all-or-nothing thinking and toward balance, flexibility, and confidence with food.

Your first session with Miriam

In our first session, we’ll get to know each other. I’ll ask questions about your health history, eating patterns, lifestyle, and goals so I can better understand your needs and how to support you. You’ll have space to share what’s working, what’s not, and what you’re hoping to change. From there, we’ll begin building a personalized roadmap—whether that’s addressing medical concerns, improving energy levels, creating meal routines, or just feeling better in your body. You’ll leave the session with a clear starting point and realistic next steps tailored to you.

Education

Hobbies

Outside of work, I love spending time with my family, cooking comfort meals with a healthy twist, hosting backyard movie nights, and cheering on my kids at their sports and school events. I also enjoy exploring local coffee shops, catching up on podcasts, and relaxing with a good book or show when I get the chance.
