Your first session with Miriam
During the first session, clients can expect an in-depth nutrition assessment based on your medical and diet history, habits lifestyle, physical activity, etc. Also, I will assist you in setting attainable and sustainable goals. I will create a customized meal plan and provide science-evidenced nutrition handouts.
