About Mollie

I’m a registered dietitian who is passionate about helping people build a healthy relationship with food while supporting their individual health goals. I believe nutrition should be practical, flexible, and rooted in evidence—not restriction or perfection. I take a personalized approach to care, recognizing that everyone’s needs, preferences, culture, and lifestyle are different. I work collaboratively with clients to develop realistic strategies that feel sustainable in everyday life. My goal is to provide clear guidance, encouragement, and support in a non-judgmental space where clients feel heard and empowered. I’m committed to ongoing learning and using current, evidence-based nutrition practices to help clients make confident choices that support both their physical health and overall well-being.

Approach to care

As a dietitian, my approach to care is collaborative, compassionate, and individualized. I believe nutrition should support both physical health and overall well-being, and that there is no one-size-fits-all solution. I work with clients to understand their goals, preferences, cultural background, and life circumstances, and use this information to create realistic, sustainable nutrition strategies. I take an evidence-based approach while also valuing lived experience, focusing on practical guidance rather than rigid rules. My goal is to empower clients with knowledge and skills so they can make confident, informed choices about food and health. I strive to create a supportive, non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, respected, and encouraged throughout their care.

Your first session with Mollie

Your first session is all about getting to know you. We’ll spend time talking through your goals, health history, lifestyle, food preferences, and any concerns you have around nutrition. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out — this is simply a starting point. I’ll ask questions to better understand what’s been working for you, what’s felt challenging, and what you’d like support with. You’re always welcome to share as much or as little as you’re comfortable with, and there’s no judgment around food choices or habits. Together, we’ll begin to identify realistic, personalized nutrition strategies that fit your life. You’ll leave with clear next steps, practical guidance, and a plan that feels manageable — not overwhelming. My goal is for you to feel heard, supported, and confident moving forward.
