About Molly

I have been working as a registered dietitian since 2003. I love the challenges of this field and have successfully helped thousands of clients making lasting changes to find healthier habits. In addition to my work as a dietitian, I am also an adjunct professor of biology. I use this solid understanding of science to help create research driven treatment plans for my clients and explain the long-term medical impacts their behaviours have on their bodies and minds. Combining this knowledge with my warmth, compassion and great sense of humour I forge trusting and productive relationships with clients and their families in order to foster lasting behaviour change.

Approach to care

I will work with you to create attainable goals you feel good about to step you slowly towards permanent habit changes. My hope is that you leave every session feeling confident and excited that you can accomplish the goals set, and if the goals are not met we regroup, figure out what we need to change and make a new plan. My approach to care is very much based on you and your readiness to change. Let's work together, laugh together, learn together and get healthy together!

Your first session with Molly

In our first session I want to get to know you. I want to understand what you have tried that has worked and not worked. I want to understand your goals and how you feel most prepared to reach them and we will make a plan together.
