About Molly
Molly is a Registered Dietitian who has a multitude of counseling experiences such as intuitive eating, disordered eating, heart health, general health, and more! She is most passionate about helping others heal their relationship with food and find a healthy lifestyle that works for each unique person.
Approach to care
Molly believes that health and nutrition can be unique to each individual and she counsels as such. She is HAES- aligned and her approach is weight-inclusive and weight-neutral. There is no food or body shaming here. She believes that adding in nutrition vs taking away certain foods or food groups allows for the most sustainability long-term and is the best way to feel the best mentally and physically. Molly knows that health is also more than just what you eat. Health is also mental health, movement, sleep etc. and she utilizes this in her approach to care.
Your first session with Molly
In your first session with Molly, you can expect to take a deep dive into your history of nutrition, health, beliefs and thought processes around food, and ultimately help Molly get a sense of how health fits into your life.
