About Molly
Hi! I am Molly, a registered dietitian of 10 years living in the Sandhills of North Carolina with my husband and two daughters. I have worked in a variety of clinical settings but I have found there is never enough time to develop a vital patient-provider relationship. I have rediscovered joy working in the telehealth space. I enjoy meeting new people and sharing my love for a healthy and balanced lifestyle!
Approach to care
I approach my care with balance. Small but effective changes. I tend to stray away from restrictive diets and "all or nothing" advice. While counting calories and macros can have its place, I am not someone who typically recommends this approach. I focus on increasing whole, nourishing foods while cutting back on processed items to help you feel whole again. My aim is to meet you exactly where you are at. I truly believe we are a team, figuring out solutions together!
Your first session with Molly
I am a listener, so I am eager to hear your story. I want to dive deeper than just your food choices. Think movement, hydration, sleep, stress management, food relationship, hunger levels and digestion to name a few. They all play a crucial role in the state of your body as a whole. At the end of the session, we will set small, attainable goals for your first week.
