About Monica
My interest lies at the intersection between exercise and nutrition and how it impacts our bodies. This doesn't just apply to athletes and fitness enthusiasts, all individuals can benefit from being active in a way that works for them. My favorite thing about being a dietitian is helping people overcome their challenges and find their own version of success. I love getting to problem-solve with my patients to help them reach new heights along their health journey.
Approach to care
I am very supportive of my patients and am always understanding of where they are coming from. My patients find I help them most by keeping them accountable and helping them see their nutrition from a different perspective. My primary focus is to always meet the patient where they are at and set realistic and achievable goals to help them find success.
Your first session with Monica
In your first session with me, I want to get to know you better! I want to know why you would like to work with a dietitian, what you've tried in the past, what has and hasn't worked, and what you want to achieve. From there we'll brainstorm some other changes we can work on and set goals accordingly. Let me know what I can do to help you be the best version of yourself!
