About Morgan

Morgan is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) who is passionate about helping others improve their health and well-being through personalized, evidence-based nutrition. Her interest in nutrition began during her own recovery from an eating disorder as a teenager—a life-changing experience that shaped her belief in the power of food and healing. Morgan’s career began in outpatient mental health care, where she supported individuals working through complex emotional and behavioral challenges. She most recently worked for an in-home wellness company, providing individualized nutrition guidance in a more personal setting. She is committed to helping clients reach their unique health goals, build a healthier relationship with food, and make sustainable lifestyle changes. As a Christian, Morgan’s faith has been a foundational part of her journey and continues to influence the compassionate care she provides to every client.

Approach to care

Morgan understands that nutrition is deeply personal and believes that effective care begins with a client-centered, collaborative approach. She recognizes that every person’s needs are different and takes the time to learn what fits best with your lifestyle, preferences, and goals. Her empathetic nature helps clients feel heard and supported throughout their journey. She emphasizes the importance of developing a positive relationship with food as a foundation for achieving lasting health. Morgan works alongside her clients to provide guidance, education, and encouragement—helping you build confidence in your choices and make meaningful progress. She also incorporates key aspects of lifestyle wellness, such as physical activity, sleep, and stress management, to support whole-person health. Her goal is to help you create realistic, sustainable habits through small, manageable steps—while offering accountability and support every step of the way.

Your first session with Morgan

She’ll ask thoughtful questions to better understand your health goals, daily habits, lifestyle, nutrition history, and your relationship with food. This comprehensive conversation allows her to create personalized nutrition recommendations that are tailored to your unique needs. At the end of the session, you’ll work together to set one realistic, achievable goal to start with. Morgan’s aim is to build a strong foundation for ongoing support and long-term success.
