About Morgan
Morgan is a Registered Dietitian with a passion for helping people change their lives through the power of nutrition. Her love for nutrition was born as a teenager when she recovered from an eating disorder. Her personal experience of healing her relationship with food helped her learn that nutrition has the ability to change lives. She began her career working for an outpatient mental health facility and most recently worked for an in-home wellness company. Morgan is passionate about helping people reach their individual health goals and empowering them to live healthier lives. Morgan is a Christian and her faith has played a major role in her journey to becoming a dietitian.
Approach to care
Morgan believes that nutrition is not one-size-fits-all and takes a client-centered, collaborative, and team approach. Morgan is empathetic and likes to get to know what works for your lifestyle. She also understands that having a good relationship with food is vital in achieving health goals. Her goal is to work alongside you, guiding you, and educating you to become the healthiest version of yourself. Morgan likes to incorporate lifestyle changes like exercise and sleep to ensure all aspects of health are being addressed. She will help you make sustainable and realistic changes, breaking goals into small steps while also providing the accountability you need to reach your goals.
Your first session with Morgan
The first session is where Morgan will get to know you individually. She will ask a variety of questions to better understand your goals, lifestyle, habits, nutrition and health history, and relationship with food. This will help Morgan better understand how she can create personalized nutrition recommendations for you. She will end the session with setting an attainable goal to begin working on. Her goal for the first session is to set a strong foundation for future sessions.
