About Morgan
Morgan is a registered dietitian based in Maine. She received her Master's degree in Nutrition & Dietetics from the University of Pittsburgh in 2016. Morgan believes in honoring both physical and mental health, and understands that nutrition plays such an important role in our health and wellness as a whole. Having spent much of her professional life working with individuals focused on general health, weight management, and/or heart health, she embraces that "healthy" is so very individualized and looks different to every single one of us.
Approach to care
Morgan works with you to create a judgment-free space where you feel safe and comfortable discussing your health and nutrition goals, challenges, successes, and even perceived failures. She believes if it weren't for the stuff that challenges us, how would we learn? Morgan will empower you to find and pull from your strengths, values, and vision to get to where you want to be, and will provide the nutrition education needed along the way to support you on that path.
Your first session with Morgan
In your first session with Morgan, you can expect to begin to build a relationship with a foundation of partnership and understanding. Morgan wants to learn about you, your health history, and what brings you here to understand what outcome you want to create together, how your world will morph once that outcome comes to life - and she will make space for you to ask about her as well if you'd like!
