About Morgan
I became a dietitian because nutrition is a field where my passions for food and people collide. I want to use this platform to help folks take autonomy over their health through sustainable lifestyle choices. Nutrition is practical and powerful-- we eat every day, multiple times a day. These practices and patterns of eating can shape our well-being. Why not pursue this career for the sake of myself and others? Outside of work youâll find me trying new recipes, frequenting thrift shops, or training for my next endurance event! I also spend my time completing knitting projects, reading at coffee shops, and moving my body in ways I enjoy. I'm currently completing yoga teacher training too!
Approach to care
As your Dietitian Coach, Iâll provide encouragement, evidence-based education, and practical tools tailored to your goals. My areas of focus include improving relationships with food, enhancing performance for everyday athletes, addressing women's health concerns, and guiding culinary skills for the application of nutrition. No matter where youâre starting from, Iâm here to support your unique path to health and balance. Do you ever feel like you know what you should be doing for your health, but you just canât seem to make it happen? Itâs frustrating, I get it. Many people struggle to bridge that gap between knowing and doingâespecially with all the conflicting nutrition advice out there. If youâre ready to stop spinning your wheels and start making real progress on your wellness goals, letâs work together. Iâll help you get clear on your vision and give you the tools to make it happenâno guilt, no overwhelm, just real change.
Your first session with Morgan
As one of only 45 dietitians in the country trained in the Dietitian Coach Approach through the All Access Dietitians Private Practice Fellowship, I work with you to make lasting, realistic changes. During our sessions, weâll focus on building habits that actually feel goodâno more stressing over willpower or feeling like youâre fighting yourself. Iâm here as your âguide on the side,â helping you experiment, navigate the noise, and discover what works best for you. Clients love the personalized, non-judgmental vibe of our sessionsâitâs more like a partnership than a typical âdiet plan.â Together, weâll focus on what matters most to you, whether thatâs feeling more energized, ditching diet confusion, or finally sticking to healthy habits without the stress. The best part? Itâs exciting and fun!
