About Morgan
As a registered dietitian, I’m dedicated to helping individuals build healthy, sustainable nutrition habits that truly support their lifestyle and goals. I specialize in weight management, exercise and performance nutrition, disordered eating, and general health. My approach is rooted in compassion and completely judgment-free — I meet you where you are and guide you with evidence-based, realistic strategies. Outside of my work as an RD, I’m passionate about staying active through weightlifting, running, and spending time outdoors. I’m also a personal trainer, which helps me connect the dots between nutrition, movement, and overall wellbeing. My goal is to help you create habits that are personalized to your needs in an effective, healthy, and sustainable way. I’m genuinely excited to meet you, learn your story, and work together as you move toward your individual goals.

Your first session with Morgan
Your first session is all about getting to know you. We’ll spend time talking through your goals, your current habits, and what you hope to gain from nutrition counseling. I create a comfortable, judgment-free space where you can openly share your experiences, challenges, and questions. Together, we’ll explore your daily routines, medical history, lifestyle, and any barriers you’ve faced so I can understand the full picture of your health. From there, we’ll begin outlining a personalized plan that feels realistic and supportive — never restrictive or overwhelming. By the end of your first session, you’ll walk away with clear direction, practical next steps, and a better sense of how we’ll work together to build sustainable habits aligned with your goals. My aim is for you to feel heard, encouraged, and confident as we begin your journey.
