Patient reviews
âMorgan has been an answered prayer for my teen daughterâs relationship with food! Highly recommend to anyone dealing with an eating disorder, GERD, or MCAS! Morgan is patient, kind, and understanding with teens. She helps set attainable goals and encourages and supports along that journey. We canât thank her enough!!â

âMorgan is a dedicated practitioner who will be your cheerleader or shoulder to cry on, challenge you and believe in you, and will always know where her job ends and you need to be directed to further psychological care. She is always sympathetic but will push you to test your own self-imposed limits. She doesnât tell you what to do, but rather helps you make those informed decisions on your own. She has changed my life and my relationship with food and my body. I highly recommend her to anyone. â

âAs always, Morgan is grounding, empathetic, knowledgeable, and helpful in my nutrition journey.â
About Morgan
Morgan has spent most of her career working with disordered eating patterns on a wide spectrum of severity. She gained most of her experience on a college campus, learning the importance of being a safe space for clients. She is passionate about finding solutions when possible & sitting with you in the uncomfortable when necessary. Morgan believes that all people deserve a healed relationship with food and body.
Approach to care
Morgan approaches care from the stance of meeting you where you are. She believes that you should be in the driver's seat of your own care, because you know you better than anyone else can. You can expect evidence-based, compassionate, and judgement-free care in every session. She is always looking for ways to encourage you to free yourself and trust your body around food.
Your first session with Morgan
Morgan spends time during the first session getting to know you. This looks like her asking you to share your story, or what of it feels most important to you. She will then ask various questions to gain knowledge about your health history, current habits, and other relevant information. Building a safe space starts at the beginning and continues throughout care.
