Patient reviews
āMorgan has been an answered prayer for my teen daughterās relationship with food! Highly recommend to anyone dealing with an eating disorder, GERD, or MCAS! Morgan is patient, kind, and understanding with teens. She helps set attainable goals and encourages and supports along that journey. We canāt thank her enough!!ā

āMorgan is a dedicated practitioner who will be your cheerleader or shoulder to cry on, challenge you and believe in you, and will always know where her job ends and you need to be directed to further psychological care. She is always sympathetic but will push you to test your own self-imposed limits. She doesnāt tell you what to do, but rather helps you make those informed decisions on your own. She has changed my life and my relationship with food and my body. I highly recommend her to anyone. ā

āAs always, Morgan is grounding, empathetic, knowledgeable, and helpful in my nutrition journey.ā
About Morgan
Hi, I'm Morgan. I'm a Registered Dietitian based in Auburn, Alabama, with six years of experience helping people build healthier relationships with food. I earned a Bachelorās in Food & Nutrition and Psychology, and a Master of Science in Nutrition Science. My career has taken me from university settings to clinical and hospital environments, where I learned that nutrition advice works best when it fits real life. Outside of work, I love spending time with my family and getting outdoors with my kid and our furry family member. Iām grateful for the chance to walk alongside you on your health journey.
Approach to care
My approach to care is rooted in evidence and empathy. Iām committed to evidence-based practice while staying warmly human, meeting you where you are and avoiding judgment. I practice a Health At Every Size framework and emphasize sustainable habits over quick fixes, so weāll focus on long-term changes that fit your life. Together weāll explore your relationship with food, your routines, and your values, then translate science into practical steps. Iāll explain the why behind recommendations and support you as you learn to trust your body and your own choices.
Your first session with Morgan
Our first appointment is a chance to connect and set the tone for our work together. Weāll review your medical history and current health concerns, and weāll dive into your relationship with food in a non-judgmental way. You donāt need to have everything figured out yet; this is a collaborative conversation built to understand what matters most to you. After our talk, weāll outline a couple of realistic next steps you can start with, and weāll plan how weāll check in and adjust as we go.
