About Morgan

Morgan has spent most of her career working with disordered eating patterns on a wide spectrum of severity. She gained most of her experience on a college campus, learning the importance of being a safe space for clients. She is passionate about finding solutions when possible & sitting with you in the uncomfortable when necessary. Morgan believes that all people deserve a healed relationship with food and body.

Approach to care

Morgan approaches care from the stance of meeting you where you are. She believes that you should be in the driver's seat of your own care, because you know you better than anyone else can. You can expect evidence-based, compassionate, and judgement-free care in every session. She is always looking for ways to encourage you to free yourself and trust your body around food.

Your first session with Morgan

Morgan spends time during the first session getting to know you. This looks like her asking you to share your story, or what of it feels most important to you. She will then ask various questions to gain knowledge about your health history, current habits, and other relevant information. Building a safe space starts at the beginning and continues throughout care.
