With 14 years of dance experience, she understands the importance of fueling the body for optimal performance. Morgan has worked with hospital populations managing chronic conditions, post-surgical recovery, and critical illness, alongside specializing in sports nutrition, weight management, and diabetes. She helps clients create long-term, realistic changes tailored to their lifestyle, using clinically proven practices to promote a balanced, healthy relationship with food.
