About Morgan

Morgan is a Registered Dietitian (RD) with a Master’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Logan University. As a credentialed dietitian, Morgan brings a strong academic foundation, clinical training, and a passion for helping others build a positive and sustainable relationship with food. Morgan believes that nutrition is not just about eating “perfectly,” but about finding balance, flexibility, and joy in nourishing the body and mind.

Approach to care

Morgan’s approach to care is rooted in the philosophy that all foods can fit. She helps clients move away from restrictive thinking and instead focuses on balance, variety, and mindful choices that support both physical health and emotional well-being. By creating a compassionate, nonjudgmental space, Morgan meets clients where they are and collaborates with them to create realistic, personalized goals that fit their lifestyle.

Your first session with Morgan

In your first session, my priority is to make you feel comfortable, heard, and supported. Together, we’ll discuss your goals, medical history, eating habits, and daily routines. I use a patient-centered and empathetic approach—breaking down goals into manageable steps and celebrating progress along the way. My goal is to empower you with knowledge, confidence, and practical tools to create lasting, meaningful changes in your health and relationship with food.
