About Morgan
I’m a Registered Dietitian with two years of experience and a BS in Dietetics from The University of Akron. I’ve worked in an Adult Residential Treatment Facility for Eating Disorders, where I learned that meaningful change happens with warmth, structure, and practical steps. I practice an evidence-based, educational approach. I’m passionate about helping people repair their relationships with food and exercise.
Approach to care
My care philosophy centers on you as a person, not a set of numbers. I blend evidence-based science with empathetic, practical guidance, because lasting change happens one habit at a time. We’ll work together to understand your relationship with food, body, and activity, guided by Health At Every Size (HAES) principles.
Your first session with Morgan
Our first appointment is a collaborative conversation about you. We’ll start by reviewing medical conditions and lab work. Then, we will discuss your relationship with food, and your past and current eating patterns. We’ll also address accessibility to food and groceries. We then will explore how you feel about exercise and its role in your life. We will finish up our session by establishing short-term and long-term goals, and outline how we’ll track progress. You don’t need to have it all figured out; we’ll figure it out together!
