About Morgan

I am a Certified Specialist in Obesity and Weight Management (CSOWM) dietitian with nearly seven years of experience providing nutrition care in both inpatient and outpatient settings, including extensive experience working with bariatric surgery patients. I take an individualized, empathetic approach, meeting each client where they are to help them reach their nutrition-related goals in a realistic and sustainable way. I am passionate about supporting overall health and well-being through personalized nutrition strategies and guiding patients through both the pre- and post-operative bariatric journey. Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my husband, our newborn son, and our two dogs. Family time helps keep me grounded and reinforces the importance of balance, which I strive to promote in my approach to nutrition and wellness.

Approach to care

My approach to client care is rooted in empathy, collaboration, and individualized support. I believe that nutrition is not one-size-fits-all, and that lasting change happens when recommendations are realistic, flexible, and tailored to each person’s unique needs, preferences, and lifestyle. I strive to create a safe, judgment-free environment where clients feel heard, respected, and supported throughout their journey. I work collaboratively with clients to establish meaningful goals that align with their health priorities and values. Rather than focusing on perfection, I emphasize progress, sustainability, and building skills that support long-term success. Education is provided in a clear and practical way, empowering clients to make informed decisions and feel confident in their food choices.

Your first session with Morgan

A significant portion of the visit will be spent reviewing your medical history, lifestyle, and past experiences with dieting. We will explore any previous diet attempts, what has or hasn’t worked for you, and how these experiences have shaped your relationship with food. This conversation is judgment-free and intended to provide insight into patterns, challenges, and strengths that can guide a personalized plan. You can also expect to discuss your current eating habits, daily routines, and any barriers you face when it comes to nutrition. Education and guidance will be tailored to your needs, and together we will begin creating achievable, sustainable goals. The first visit is designed to be collaborative and supportive, laying the foundation for an individualized approach that prioritizes both physical health and overall well-being.
