About Morgan
Hi, I’m so glad you’re here! Many of the people I work with arrive feeling overwhelmed by all the conflicting nutrition advice out there or frustrated that their efforts never seem to stick. I understand how personal and emotional the journey toward better health can be. You deserve support that feels clear, compassionate, and tailored to your life. I’ve worked with women and families across a wide range of concerns including women’s health, metabolic challenges, digestive issues, chronic conditions, sports nutrition, and pediatrics. This experience allows me to look at the full picture of your health and understand the many factors that influence how you feel day to day. My goal is to help you cut through the noise, understand what your body needs, and build habits that actually fit your life.
Approach to care
My counseling style is warm, supportive, and highly collaborative. I take time to understand your routines, your history, and what you’re currently navigating so we can design a plan that feels realistic instead of overwhelming. I don’t believe in perfection. I believe in making nutrition feel easier and more intuitive, one step at a time. I blend evidence-based guidance with a whole-person perspective. This means we consider your hormones, stress levels, sleep, lifestyle, family dynamics, and the season of life you’re in. Patients often tell me they feel heard, understood, and more hopeful after our sessions. My focus is on helping you feel confident and capable, not pressured. Working with me is different because I’m not just giving you information. I’m helping you make sense of your body, your patterns, and what actually works for you.
Your first session with Morgan
Your first session is centered around understanding your story. We’ll talk through your goals, what you’ve tried in the past, what’s felt confusing or discouraging, and what daily life looks like for you. This gives us a strong foundation so we can create a plan that’s personalized, realistic, and easy to build on. You can expect clear guidance, practical tools, and a sense of direction you can feel good about. My aim is for you to leave that first session feeling supported and encouraged, with next steps that bring clarity instead of stress.
