About Mukiio
Hello, I am Mukiio a registered Dietitian who is passionate about helping individuals achieve better health through personalized, evidence-based nutrition care. I specialize in supporting people with chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular disease, and obesity, as well as those seeking preventative nutrition guidance to maintain long-term wellness. I also have a background in public health and experience working with women and children. My goal is to empower clients with the knowledge, tools, and confidence they need to take control of their health and make lasting improvements in their well-being.

My approach to nutrition is rooted in science and collaboration with a lens of compassion. I believe in respecting clients and meeting them where they are. I take a personalized and holistic approach to nutrition care, focusing on helping each client feel their best through realistic and sustainable changes. Every plan starts with getting to know your unique goals, lifestyle, and health needs. From there, I create a tailored nutrition strategy and provide ongoing guidance and support to help you make confident, lasting improvements to your health and well-being.
Your first session with Mukiio
The first session is all about you. It is a chance for us to get to know each other, and for me to understand your nutrition goals, eating habits, medical history, lifestyle and any challenges that you may be facing. There will be no judgement, and it will be a supportive and relaxed conversation. It will be about 55 minutes long and you do not need to prepare anything special but feel free to bring any recent lab work, list of medications, and a food diary if you have one. Together, we’ll identify areas of focus and begin developing an individualized nutrition plan that’s realistic, flexible, and sustainable. You’ll leave the session with clear next steps, initial recommendations, and a better understanding of how nutrition can support your overall well-being. Follow-up sessions will build on this foundation-providing ongoing guidance, accountability, and adjustments as you progress. My goal is to make you feel supported, informed, and confident every step of the way.
