About Mylene
Hi, I’m Mylene, a Registered Dietitian with a Master’s in Food and Nutrition. I specialize in medical nutrition therapy and take a whole-person approach to care. I’ve worked with individuals managing a wide range of conditions including diabetes, kidney disease, cardiovascular disease, GI disorders, and disordered eating. I’m passionate about helping people feel confident and empowered in their food choices.
Approach to care
My approach is supportive, non-judgmental, and collaborative. I believe nutrition should feel empowering, not overwhelming. I take time to understand your unique story, your health history, culture, preferences, and lifestyle so we can build a plan that feels realistic and sustainable for you. My goal is to help you feel better, one step at a time.
Your first session with Mylene
In our first session, I’ll take the time to get to know you. We’ll talk about your current eating habits, health history, and what you’re hoping to achieve. From there, we’ll work together to create a personalized plan that supports your goals and fits your life.
