About Naama
I'm a Registered Dietitian who believes nutrition is about more than food - it's about the person behind it. I help clients who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or frustrated with dieting, weight changes, emotional eating, or health concerns. My approach combines evidence-based nutrition with mindfulness and behavior change to create realistic, sustainable habits - not quick fixes. My goal is to help you feel supported, empowered, informed, and confident every step of the way.
Approach to care
My approach is holistic, compassionate, and science-driven. I use evidence-based nutrition while also addressing mindset, habits, emotional eating, and lifestyle factors that influence health. Together, we create realistic strategies that work for your body, your schedule, and your goals.
Your first session with Naama
In our first session, we take the time to truly understand you. We'll review your current concerns, health history, lifestyle, eating patterns, and goals. I'll listen carefully (without judgment!). You'll leave with clear, personalized guidance and practical next steps until our next session. Most importantly, you'll feel heard, understood, and supported, not overwhelmed.
