About Nadia
Hi, I’m Nadia, a registered dietitian dedicated to helping individuals achieve their health, nutrition, and performance goals through sustainable, evidence-based strategies. I earned my bachelor’s degrees in Nutritional Sciences & Toxicology and Molecular Biology (Human Health emphasis) from the University of California, Berkeley, and went on to complete my master’s degree in medical nutrition at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago. My education and training have given me a deep understanding of how nutrition impacts the body at every level, from cellular function to whole-body health.
Approach to care
Currently, I work at Keck Medicine of USC and Kaiser Permanente, where I stay at the forefront of clinical nutrition, applying my expertise in inpatient and acute care settings. This hands-on experience allows me to provide clients with science-backed, real-world solutions tailored to their unique health needs. I understand that every individual—and every community—has distinct challenges, and I’m passionate about delivering culturally competent, personalized nutrition care that fits seamlessly into your lifestyle. Whether you’re looking to lose weight, manage a medical condition, or optimize athletic performance, I’ll guide you with practical, effective strategies—no fads, no gimmicks, just sustainable habits that create lasting results. Nutrition isn’t about restriction—it’s about finding what works for YOU.
