Your first session with Nadia

As your dietitian, I provide practical nutrition strategies using non-scale goals tailored to meet each patient’s unique needs. I will gather information about your nutrition mission and overall history to help you craft a unique plan to manage your nutrition concerns. My approach is rooted in education, collaboration, and empowering individuals to make sustainable changes for improved health and well-being. We will review some initial goals to help guide us through our follow up sessions which are usually weekly for the first 10 weeks to establish effective behavior change.
