Patient reviews

  • “Nadia has been such a pleasure to work with! Not only is she so knowledgeable and a great teacher, but she genuinely cares about her patients. During the almost-year I worked with Nadia, she helped me to improve my digestion and energy levels, improve my workouts and body composition, and develop so many healthy habits, both mentally and physically. If my new insurance were accepted, I would still be working with her! She’s the best! “

About Nadia

Hi! My name is Nadia, and I am a Nourish registered and licensed dietitian. If I can teach you one thing, it wouldn’t be a recipe, but it’d be about overall balance in your life. My goal is to help clients feel empowered through healthy sustainable habits, not only with nutrition, but with lifestyle as well. I am deeply passionate about guiding and educating my clients to make small, sustainable changes to master a healthy lifestyle! I’m looking forward to working with you and I am honored to help you on your journey to restore health and healing. Remember what is sustainable is maintainable!

Approach to care

I believe that optimal health is about more than just food and nutrition—it’s about looking at the whole picture. This means considering lifestyle choices, daily habits, emotional well-being, and even environmental factors that can influence overall wellness. I focus on understanding the deeper causes behind health issues, such as stress, sleep, hormonal balance, and gut health. By addressing these root causes, I aim to support long-term well-being and a more balanced, sustainable approach to health.

Your first session with Nadia

During our first session, I’ll start by learning about your medical history and any relevant health conditions that may impact your well-being. We’ll also take a close look at your nutrition, including your current diet and eating habits, to understand how they align with your health goals. Additionally, I’ll evaluate lifestyle factors such as sleep, stress levels, physical activity, and daily routines to get a complete picture of your overall wellness. From there, we’ll set clear, achievable goals tailored to your unique needs, ensuring that our approach is practical, sustainable, and designed to support long-term health.
