About Najary

Hi, I’m Najary—a Registered Dietitian with a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, advanced clinical training, and a background in psychology. I specialize in metabolic and hormonal health, focusing on conditions like diabetes, PCOS, insulin resistance, obesity, and perimenopause, and more. I also help manage high cholesterol, high blood pressure, IBS, GERD, and autoimmune conditions using evidence-based strategies that fit your lifestyle. With experience in telehealth, bariatric surgery, public health, and nutrition research, I’ve supported hundreds of clients on their health journeys. As someone who has personally lost 80 pounds, I understand the emotional and physical challenges of making lasting changes. I’m here to guide you with compassionate, personalized care—so you can feel stronger, more energized, and in control of your health.

I take a whole-body approach to health, looking at how nutrition, sleep, movement, stress, and daily habits work together. I help you find what might be holding you back—like blood sugar swings, inflammation, hormone changes, digestion issues, stress, low metabolism, sitting too much, or not knowing what to eat. Together, we’ll make simple, realistic changes that last. You’ll get personalized guidance on what to eat, meal plans, grocery lists, recipes matched to your skills, and tips for eating out or quick meals. I’ll help you build a workout routine that fits your energy and goals and create a plan to improve your sleep. You’ll have ongoing support and easy access to me for questions and motivation. Whether you’re managing a condition, preparing for bariatric surgery, starting a GLP-1 medication, navigating hormone changes, beginning a fitness or weight loss journey, or just wanting to improve your health, I’m here to help you build a plan that works for you.

Your first session with Najary

We’ll review your medical history, lifestyle, and goals to create a realistic, sustainable plan just for you. You’ll share your food preferences, and I’ll provide a personalized meal plan with snacks, along with guidance on calories, macronutrients, supplements, exercise, and behavior changes. We’ll also talk through your nutrition questions and explore things like emotional or stress eating in a supportive, judgment-free space. Together, we’ll find simple, practical steps to help you feel better and reach your goals. You can expect a caring, patient-centered approach focused on your long-term success—and I’ll be here to support you every step of the way.

Hobbies

I’m a proud dog mom to Tony, my playful chocolate lab. I love Zumba, binge-watching reality TV, and wandering through Costco and Ikea. Scary movies are a year-round favorite, but Christmas brings out my festive spirit. One of my favorite traditions is making arepas with my family—doughy hands, music, and lots of laughter.
