Your first session is all about connection and understanding. We won't jump into restrictive plans; instead, we will have a conversation to build a roadmap for your success. During this initial visit, we will discuss: Your Food Environment: What foods do you have access to, and what does your budget look like? Your Lifestyle: Are you a busy professional? Do you have physical limitations when it comes to preparing meals? I specialize in creating accommodations for any lifestyle. Your History: We will explore your cultural background and the foods that make you feel at home. Sustainability: We will identify the most realistic, long-term approach to nutrition that keeps you healthy and nourished for life.
