About Natalia
Food and movement have always been intertwined in my life. I have been a Registered Dietitian for 8 years, with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from Messiah University and credentialing in dietetics through Iowa State University. My career has included clinical hospital care, private practice, corporate wellness, community health, and sports nutrition, which helps me bring practical, adaptable solutions to patients in Frederick, Maryland. I’m also a CPT, so we can connect nutrition plans with realistic movement goals. Outside of work you’ll find me running, lifting, playing soccer, exploring new coffee shops, soaking up the beach, traveling, and serving at my church where worship is central to my life.
Approach to care
Evidence and empathy guide the work I do. I combine science-based nutrition with a Health At Every Size, weight-neutral lens so we prioritize behaviors and wellbeing over numbers on a scale. We’ll translate research into clear, action-oriented steps that fit your day-to-day life, while I provide education and gentle accountability so changes last. I care about the whole person, including sleep, stress, movement, and your relationship with food, and I approach every conversation without judgement so we can build sustainable habits together.
Your first session with Natalia
Come ready for a conversation, not to have all the answers. We’ll review your medical history and any lab work or biometrics you bring, then take a deep look at your relationship with food, routines, and what’s felt helpful or frustrating. Together we’ll set a couple of realistic short-term goals and leave with practical steps you can try between visits. This is a low-pressure, judgement-free space, and you don’t need to have everything figured out before our first meeting.
