About Natalia

Hi, I’m Natalia — a Registered Dietitian who believes food is more than fuel. It’s comfort, culture, connection, and one of the most powerful tools we have for healing. I’ve been a dietitian for over 20 years, working in hospitals, schools, and community settings — and what I’ve learned is that people don’t need another strict diet or list of rules. They need someone who listens, understands their story, and helps them make sense of all the nutrition noise out there. That’s where I come in.

Approach to care

My background in both clinical nutrition and teaching helps me translate the science into everyday language that actually makes sense. I like helping people connect the dots between what they eat and how they feel — whether that’s improving energy, managing a health condition, or simply finding a better balance with food. My approach is practical and personal. I meet patients where they are and help them move forward at a pace that feels realistic. You won’t get judgment from me — just honest advice, steady support, and a plan that fits your life (not the other way around).

Outside of work, I’m a busy mom of four active teens who keep me on my toes with competitive soccer, swimming, and triathlons. Our weekends are often spent on the sidelines, cheering them on and juggling snacks, gear, and schedules — sometimes all at once! When I’m not in “sports mom” mode, I love hiking, traveling, and exploring new cultures. Experiencing different foods, traditions, and ways of life reminds me why I love what I do — food really is a universal language that connects us all.
