About Natalie

Hi, I'm Natalie, a Registered Dietitian with over 4 years of experience in private practice, specializing in weight management, emotional eating, eating disorders, PCOS, heart disease, and diabetes. I hold a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Duquesne University and a second bachelor's in Nutrition and Dietetics from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. I completed my dietetic internship at Duke University Hospital, where I developed a strong clinical foundation while also rotating at various facilities such as Duke Diet and Fitness, Duke Integrative Health, and Veritas Collaborative eating disorder clinic. Outside of work, you'll find me at Solidcore, yoga, or boot camp classes, lifting weights, hiking national parks, or exploring new cultures and cuisines around the world.

Approach to care

I believe that food should be nourishing enjoyable and empowering-- not stressful or restrictive. My approach is both science-based and compassionate. Whether you're looking to create sustainable weight loss habits, heal your relationship with food, or manage a chronic condition, I'm here to support you with practical tools, personalized strategies, and genuine accountability. I believe movement and food should enhance your life, not control it; and I can't wait to help you discover what that looks like for you. My goal is to create a supportive, non-judgmental space where you feel heard and empowered.

Your first session with Natalie

In our first session, we'll get to know all about you-- your lifestyle, goals, challenges, and what brings you to nutrition counseling. I'll ask about your medical history, eating habits, relationship with food, and daily routines so we can build a clear picture of your health and where you'd like to go. This session is all about setting the foundation: we'll explore your "why" define realistic goals, and start crafting a personalized plan that fits your life.
