About Natalie
Hi, my name is Natalie, and I have been a Registered Dietitian for eight years. Throughout my career, I have worked as a clinical dietitian at a local community hospital, supporting a diverse population of inpatients with varying nutritional needs. I also have extensive experience providing outpatient nutrition counseling and participating in community outreach, where I enjoy educating others about the importance of nutrition for overall health. Additionally, I have experience in nutrigenomic counseling and have studied the relationship between nutrition and gene expression. Currently, I am furthering my education by working toward certification in functional nutrition. I am married and a proud new mother to a wonderful baby boy. In my free time, my family and I love staying active and spending time outdoors, and I am also an active member of my church. I am truly excited to begin this new journey and to help others achieve and maintain a healthier lifestyle.
Approach to care
My approach to care is holistic and individualized, focusing on a whole person rather than just nutrition recommendations. I believe true health is influenced by many factors including food choices, lifestyle habits, stress, sleep, movement, and emotional well-being. I work collaboratively with each individual to understand their unique needs, values, and goals, creating realistic and sustainable plans to fit into everyday life. My goal is to support long-term wellness by empowering others with education, compassion, and practical tools that promote balance, nourishment, and overall health.
