About Natalie
Registered Dietitian with five years of experience helping individuals build sustainable, compassionate relationships with food. Holding both MPP-D and CSG credentials, I bring a strong foundation in evidence-based practice. Practice in weight loss and weight maintenance, diabetes management, healthy aging, and anti-inflammatory eating patterns.
Approach to care
Guided by a non-diet, whole-person approach, I support clients in navigating a wide range of nutrition needs. My counseling style emphasizes clarity, reassurance, and empowerment. Our virtual sessions are meant to be flexible and accessible. You can join from home, ask questions freely, and move at your own pace. This is a judgement free zone!
Your first session with Natalie
Learning about your goals and the "Why". Finding out your motivation to help create a calm, supportive space where we can explore habits, set realistic goals, and make changes that feel grounded and achievable. You’ll be asked about your medical history, medications, daily routines, and any previous nutrition experiences. This helps me understand your full picture so recommendations can be safe and tailored to you and your goals. We will discuss food preferences, allergies and intolerances, meal times and your current relationship with food. Together, we will identify simple, realistic goals that feel doable for where you are right now. These may include nutrition strategies, gentle adjustments to routines, or mindset shifts around eating.
