About Natalie

Hi there! I’m so excited you’re here. I’m a Registered Dietitian who loves all things health, fitness, and helping others feel their best inside and out. I earned my Bachelor’s in Human Nutrition from West Virginia University (Go Mountaineers!) and my Master’s in Dietetics, completing a diverse internship with Core Life MD, Primary Care Institute HCPS, and Under Armour HQ. I’ve also worked in corporate wellness as a Wellness Manager and with professional athletes, giving me a deep appreciation for how nutrition fuels both performance and everyday life. My experience from volunteering with WIC, food banks, and soup kitchens to teaching and training clients has shaped my compassionate, practical approach to care. Outside of nutrition, you’ll find me traveling, exploring the outdoors, attending concerts, spending time with my puppy and family, or working on set as an actress and model. I believe that nourishing your body should be enjoyable, empowering, and sustainable!

Approach to care

My approach to care is rooted in compassion, evidence-based nutrition, and empowering clients to build a healthy relationship with food that fits their real lives. I believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach to wellness; every person’s body, culture, preferences, and goals deserve individualized attention. In our work together, I focus on collaboration and education rather than restriction or judgment. I use a non-diet, sustainable approach that supports long-term health and well-being. Whether you’re managing a chronic condition, working toward specific nutrition goals, or simply seeking balance, I strive to create a supportive environment where you feel heard, understood, and motivated. My goal is to help you make meaningful, lasting changes that nourish both your body and your life one step at a time.

Your first session with Natalie

In our first session together, we’ll take time to get to know you your goals, lifestyle, food preferences, and any challenges you’re facing. I want to understand the full picture of your health so we can create a personalized plan that feels realistic, flexible, and enjoyable. We’ll review your current eating habits, discuss your relationship with food, and talk about what’s worked (and what hasn’t) in the past. You’ll leave the session with clear next steps and practical strategies you can start using right away no diets, no judgment, just support and guidance tailored to your needs. My goal is for you to walk away feeling heard, motivated, and confident that you have a partner in your wellness journey.
