Hi, I’m Natalie! I’m a Registered Dietitian with over five years of experience in both acute care and outpatient settings. My passion for nutrition began with my background as an athlete, driven by a desire to fuel my body for peak performance. Like many, I once fell into the cycle of yo-yo dieting and felt overwhelmed by fear-based messaging around food. But through my education and experience, I’ve been able to shift my mindset, embrace a balanced approach to nutrition, and build a healthy lifestyle that’s sustainable — not restrictive.
