About Natalie

Hi, I’m Natalie. I’m a registered dietitian with an MS in Community Nutrition with 30 years experience. I’ve worked in clinical and hospital settings, private practice, sports nutrition, community health, research, and even with food distributors. I believe food is connected to every part of life. Outside of work I stay active, love playing with my dogs, reading, and cooking with my husband. I’m here to help you feel comfortable making healthy choices and to walk beside you as you build practical habits that last.

Approach to care

As a practitioner, I ground my work in current science while getting to know my patients needs. My approach is educational, empathetic, and collaborative. I’ll help you translate evidence into simple actions, focusing on sustainable, weight-neutral changes that honor your values and lifestyle. I believe in Health At Every Size principles and a holistic view that considers sleep, stress, and routines as part of your nourishment. Together we’ll build knowledge, confidence, and a plan that fits your life, not a diet culture standard.

Your first session with Natalie

Our first appointment is a warm, judgment-free conversation about you. We’ll review your medical history and current eating patterns, your goals, and what has or hasn’t worked in the past. You don’t need to have everything figured out today; we’ll set 1 to 2 realistic short-term goals and create a plan that respects your pace. I’ll support you with practical steps and ongoing encouragement, and we’ll decide together how to track progress and adjust as you go.
