About Natalie

Hello! My name is Natalie and I am so happy you're here! I have multiple years experience as an inpatient dietitian, which has given me valuable clinical experience in areas such as diabetes, chronic kidney disease, cancer, and gastrointestinal disorders. My interest in nutrition, however, began through my own struggles with my relationship with food and disordered eating habits that left me feeling full of anxiety. Overtime, I learned how to listen to my body and how to eat to feel healthy and strong rather than to stay under a certain number. Today, I am extremely passionate about helping others heal their own relationship with food and break free from restrictive dieting. I am here to help you sift through the clutter of nutrition information and rules out there and find a way of eating that nourishes your body, your mind, and makes you feel your absolute best. Ultimately, my goal is to empower you to make choices that allow you to live your happiest and healthiest life.

Approach to care

I have a patient-centered, holistic and judgment free approach to care that involves providing evidence-based nutrition care that is tailored to meet each individual’s needs. Together, we will create small, realistic goals that you will be able to sustain long term! I always say, it is about progress and consistency, not perfection.

Your first session with Natalie

The first session is all about us getting to know each other! I want to learn all about your lifestyle, your diet, your sleep habits, your stress levels, food preferences, weight and diet history, your relationship with food, and learning style all so I can tailor your nutrition care to best meet your goals! We will form a game plan that is realistic, and you can feel confident about moving forward.
