Your first session with Natalie
Our first session will be spent getting to know each other! We will spend time going through some current dietary and lifestyle habits to allow me to figure out where we can make some changes and what educational material would be the most beneficial to you! The initial session may feel like I am asking a lot of questions, but it will help us tailor our care to your specific needs. Ideally, we will touch on some basic nutrition education to get the ball rolling!
