About Natalie
Hi! I'm Natalie, a Registered Dietitian-Nutritionist, former Professor of Nutrition (though I still work as an adjunct!), and Frailty specialist with over 7 years of experience in the field. I am specialized in Geriatric nutrition, Healthy Aging, Diabetes Management, Kidney disease, and Neurodivergent nutrition. I love working with patients to help build healthier habits based on personal flavor/texture preferences and lifestyle.
Approach to care
I view nutrition counseling as a partnership that is led by you (the patient) and supported by me (your nutritionist). I am here to support you, help trouble-shoot issues, and develop goals based on your lived experience - not dictate what I think is "best".
Your first session with Natalie
The first session is typically for information-gathering. I will ask questions about your lifestyle, medical history (including any daily medications or supplements taken), and typical food intake, do a quick dietary recall, and end with a discussion about your goals and next steps.
