About Natalie
My journey as a dietitian began from a love and appreciation for foodâs role in life: enjoyment, fuel, and bringing people together. My goal is to foster a relationship with food that supports each individualâs highest quality of life. My work focuses on sustainable behavior change, body trust, and building consistency, especially for individuals navigating the areas I specialize in. One of my favorite parts of this job (and life in general) is connecting with and learning from others, and I canât wait to grow alongside you. While it would be naĂŻve to say there wonât be bumps along the road, Iâm here for you through both the highs and lows, to remind you of how far youâve come and reflect on the committed, consistent individual youâve already proven yourself to be. Approach to care
As your dietitian I will be there as your number one cheerleader. I enjoy keeping things light and fun. Being a mirror for your strengths and growth areas, gently guiding you towards your healthiest, happiest self, whatever that may look like. I am here as a resource, to provide new perspectives and education, and sometimes just be a listening ear. We go at your pace but I will always challenge you if I sense you are limiting yourself. Sometimes all we need is a caring and supportive nudge. No win is too small and every step taken forward is progress in my book. This could be you hitting your weekly goals or learning from what didnât go to plan. If motivation feels inconsistent or progress hasnât been linear for you in the past, weâll explore that with curiosity rather than judgment.
Your first session with Natalie
Our first session is all about us getting to know each other. I strive to create a comfortable space where we will talk about you and your wellness goals. This paves the way for our follow-up sessions and truly personalizing our approach. There will be some housekeeping tasks, chit chat to get to know you and then we will dive into why you took the jump to meet with me to start building out the plan together. I am committed to a highly personalized approach. Know that our sessions are a non-judgment zone, where you get to take an hour of your busy week to pause and focus on you. My goal is you leave every session feeling equipped to tackle the week with 1-2 commitments you're confident in crushing.
