About Natalie

Hello! I'm Natalie, a dedicated Registered Dietitian here at Nourish. My passion is helping individuals achieve their health & wellness goals through personalized nutrition plans & evidence-based advice. I am from Utah & have 3 dogs. I have 2 part-time jobs right now- working with Nourish and working with a small outpatient dialysis clinic west of Salt Lake City, & I love both! I am a happy, new labrador retriever owner (she's the baby of the 3 dogs) & I enjoy taking walks, exploring nature, playing sports, eating & cooking a variety of different foods, traveling when I can, watching shows to relax (lately it's been Extracted, The Grand Tour, & Gossip Girl lol), & researching either by book or documentary into history, & of course, nutrition.

You can expect a comprehensive & personalized approach to your nutrition needs. We'll start as slow or fast as you would like. We'll get to know each other first & then discuss your health & nutrition history. We'll review your current eating habits, lifestyle, & any challenges you face in maintaining a balanced diet. We'll jump into personalizing a nutrition plan for you based on your information. I'll develop a tailored nutrition plan that aligns with your goals & fits your lifestyle and we'll discuss practical strategies for implementing this plan, including meal ideas, portion sizes, & tips for overcoming obstacles. I'll outline actionable steps to take before our next session. **PLEASE message me if you would like a time or date that doesn't show up on the calendar, I would be happy to work with your schedule and adjust mine!
