Hello! I'm Natalie, a dedicated registered dietitian here at Nourish. My passion is helping individuals achieve their health & wellness goals through personalized nutrition plans & evidence-based advice. I am a happy, new labrador retriever owner who enjoys taking walks, exploring nature, playing sports, eating & cooking a variety of different foods, watching shows to relax, & researching either by book or documentary into history, & of course, nutrition.

Your first session with Natalie
You can expect a comprehensive & personalized approach to your nutrition needs. We'll start as slow or fast as you would like. We'll get to know each other first & then discuss your health & nutrition history. We'll review your current eating habits, lifestyle, & any challenges you face in maintaining a balanced diet. We'll then jump into personalizing a nutrition plan for you based on your information. I'll develop a tailored nutrition plan that aligns with your goals & fits your lifestyle. We'll discuss practical strategies for implementing this plan, including meal ideas, portion sizes, & tips for overcoming obstacles. I'll outline actionable steps to take before our next session.
