About Natasha

Natasha is passionate about helping others live their healthiest lives. With experience in clinical settings, corporate wellness, and food service, she combines her knowledge to help individuals simplify nutrition, break free from the cycle of yo-yo dieting, and foster a positive relationship with food. She also enjoys teaching practical cooking and meal prep techniques that are not only easy and delicious but also enjoyable, empowering you to reach your nutrition goals right in your own kitchen.

Approach to care

Nutrition is personal—there’s no “one-size-fits-all.” Natasha believes that all foods can fit into a healthy lifestyle—no strict diets or cutting out food groups. Instead, we focus on adding what’s nourishing and making small, sustainable changes that work for you. Food is more than just fuel—it's about nourishment, connection, tradition, and pleasure. You deserve to be both happy and healthy. Let’s stop stressing over quick fixes and food rules. Together, we’ll focus on simple, realistic goals that make long-term changes. Small, consistent steps lead to lasting results, and you can enjoy food without guilt or shame. Are you ready to find balance, ditch the trends, and enjoy the foods you love without guilt? Let's do this!

Your first session with Natasha

Natasha will take the time to understand your unique health journey—your challenges, successes, and daily habits. She’ll gather information about your medical and nutrition history, lifestyle, sleep, and stress management. Together, you’ll set realistic, sustainable goals to improve your overall well-being. At the end of each session, you’ll recap what was covered, set goals for the next steps, and address any questions before moving forward.
