About Natasha
Natasha is a non-diet Dietitian who is passionate about helping others live their healthiest lives. She has worked in clinical, corporate wellness, food service roles and enjoys putting it all together to help others simplify nutrition, move away from yo-yo dieting, and develop a positive relationship with food. She also enjoys teaching realistic cooking and food prep strategies that are approachable, tasty, and fun to help you bring your nutrition goals to life in your own kitchen.
Approach to care
Natasha believes nutrition is not âone-size fits allâ and all foods can fit into a healthy lifestyle. She doesnât believe in strict diets or cutting out food groups, instead focuses on what we can add, while still creating lasting changes! Food should be enjoyed, not fearedâas food is more than just foodâ it is nourishment, social, tradition, and pleasure. It is important for her to meet you where you are now, understand your goals, lifestyle, and build a trusting relationship. She will work with you to create small goals at each session to use as steppingstones towards your long-term goals while providing you with tools and empowering you to make sustainable behavior changes.
Your first session with Natasha
In your first session with Natasha, she will spend time getting to know you and understand your journey to put together a clear picture of each of your challenges and successes with your health and well-being. Natasha will gather details about your medical and nutrition history, lifestyle habits, sleep schedule, and stress management techniques. You will work together on setting realistic and sustainable behavior changes to meet your health goals. Towards the end of each of the sessions, you will go over what was discussed, our goals, and any questions until the next session.
