About Natasha

Hello! I'm Tasha Sarver. I help adults find freedom with food to live their best life. With over 18 years of experience in nutrition, wellness, diabetes management, and chronic disease prevention, this is not just a job it is my passion. You will not have to worry about feeling judged about your food preferences. I believe that your favorite foods can fit in moderation. Fun Fact: I am a potato enthusiast.

Approach to care

One size does Not fit all. I offer individualized medical nutrition therapy and evidence-based coaching to support sustainable behavior change. I utilize innovative approaches to empower clients to meet their well-being goals. Combining technical skills with compassionate care to guide you toward a healthier, more balanced life.

Your first session with Natasha

In your first session I will guide a conversation to explore your health and well-being goals, medical history, eating and exercise habits, and motivations for success. Together, we will create an individualized plan with small, actionable steps designed to help you achieve your goals and sustain long-term progress.
