About Neely
Hi, I’m Neely! I’m passionate about helping patients feel at home in their bodies again. If you’ve been dealing with bloating, fatigue, inflammation, or hormonal ups and downs, you’re in the right place. I don’t believe anyone is just a set of symptoms or numbers on a lab report. Your body is connected, intelligent, and always communicating, and my job is to help you understand what it’s saying. I look at how your gut, hormones, and immune system work together and how those interactions shape your energy, mood, digestion, and overall well-being. Through thoughtful conversations, comprehensive assessments, and functional lab testing when needed, we uncover what’s happening beneath the surface. From there, I guide you with personalized nutrition support and realistic lifestyle shifts to help you feel balanced and resilient, without restrictive rules or quick fixes. My goal is to support you with evidence-based care, compassion, and sustainable strategies so you feel like yourself again.
Approach to care
I use the STAIN Framework, an Integrative & Functional Nutrition–aligned model that guides my personalized, root-cause approach to care, paired with a habit-stacking strategy to support lasting behavior change. I start with a systems-based assessment to understand how your digestion, hormones, immune system, metabolism, and neurological health interact. When helpful, I use conventional and functional testing to gain deeper insight and guide targeted, evidence-based decisions. From there, I create an action-oriented plan built on small, sustainable steps, tiny habits that compound without overwhelm. Every recommendation is tailored to your biochemistry, history, lifestyle, and goals, and grounded in identity-based habit change. Nutrition remains central, using whole-food, therapeutic strategies to support your gut, immune system, hormones, and overall well-being while habit systems help make these changes realistic and lasting.
Your first session with Neely
In our first session, we’ll start building the foundation for your personalized nutrition plan. This visit helps me understand the full picture of your health so we can create a strategy that truly supports your goals. We’ll review your health history, lifestyle, eating habits, and current symptoms to understand your starting point and the factors influencing your well-being. If you have past lab results or medical records, we’ll go through them together, and I may suggest functional or conventional testing for deeper insight into gut health, hormones, metabolism, inflammation, and nutrient status. Using what we learn, I’ll begin outlining a customized plan tailored to your biochemistry, preferences, and long-term goals. We’ll also review any supplements you’re taking and identify what may be helpful, or unnecessary, to support your gut, immune, metabolic, or hormonal health. You’ll leave with practical resources to help you start making meaningful changes right away.
