About Nicholas

Hey! I'm Nick, a registered dietitian with a passion for all things food. I spent most of my life in Colorado before moving to Tennessee for my dietetic internship. After a few years in Nashville, my wife and I and relocated to Montana for grad school. My passion for food started in kitchen, while my fascination with nutrition began in the gym. As a dietitian, I believe nutrition has a role for whatever stage of life you are in. I look forward to meeting you and helping you achieve your goals!

Approach to care

I'm here to help people foster a healthier, more balanced relationship with food—one that’s sustainable and rooted in self-awareness, not restriction. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to nutrition. Instead, I collaborate with each client to create practical, personalized goals that reflect their individual lifestyle, preferences, and needs. Whether you're adjusting to a new health diagnosis, exploring intuitive eating, or simply looking to feel more at ease in your body, I offer evidence-based guidance with empathy and zero judgment. My mission is to make nutrition feel like a natural part of your life—not a chore or a stressor. Together, we’ll build habits that work for you and evolve with you. Ultimately, my hope is that you’ll reach a place where you no longer need my support—confident in your choices and empowered to keep moving forward on your own terms.

Your first session with Nicholas

Our first meeting will be about creating a comfortable space to talk and get to know each other. I’d like to hear about your experiences, what’s important to you, and what challenges or successes you’ve had so far. We’ll take a closer look at your eating habits, daily routines, and any health factors that may play a role. With that information, we can begin shaping a plan that’s both practical and personal to you. During this session, I’ll also gather a full picture of your background—your lifestyle, preferences, and goals—so we can design an approach that fits your life, not the other way around. By the time we finish, you’ll leave with a clear direction and the first steps toward a healthier, more sustainable path forward. As we continue meeting, we’ll build on this foundation together, adjusting and refining your plan along the way.
