About Nick
Hello! I'm Nick, a passionate Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a genuine desire for helping people feel their best through food and nutrition. I have a Masters degree in Clinical Dietetics with extensive hands-on, supervised, experience across a range of specialties including sports nutrition, oncology, pediatrics, gastrointestinal health, diabetes, weight management, and cardiovascular health. I even have four years of experience in collegiate athletics working with athletes to optimize fueling and recovery through evidence-based strategies.
Approach to care
Ultimately, my goal is to help my patients become the best version of themselves. I want to create strong and dynamic relationships with them; therefore, the first step to great care is to listen! I understand that not one plan works for everyone, and that each patient will need an individualized agenda that will vary based on lifestyle, taste and need. Change will take time; my approach will aim to empower patients to make healthy changes, and lead them to understand that it is a marathon, not a sprint. I understand that these goals need to be realistic; the goals my patients and I create will be done collaboratively, be attainable and have everlasting effects.
Your first session with Nick
In our first session, we will take the opportunity to get to know each other and begin building a strong relationship. This will be a very welcoming, non-judgemental space where I want you to feel comfortable sharing your story. I'm here to listen and understand what is important to you so that we can explore dietary habits and lifestyles that work best for you. This session isn't about quick fixes and getting results overnight -- it's about building trust and creating a space where we can begin designing a personalized and realistic approach to nutrition that fits your goals and values. I will gather information such as medical history, dietary habits, physical activity, and use that to help you create your own specific goals. This session will be a great starting point in helping you create a nutrition care plan that will help you reach your personal goals at your own pace. I look forward to meeting with you and learning about how I can support you on your journey!

I enjoy cooking, traveling, trying new restaurants, and exercising. I am also a sports fanatic, and just started getting into pickleball!
