About Nick
Nick studied nutrition and dietetics at Long Beach State University, earning his Bachelor’s degree in 2012, and went on to receive his Master’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics with a concentration in Sports Nutrition from Texas Tech University. Over the course of his career, he has worked with a wide range of athletes—from triathletes, endurance runners, and professional boxers to professional soccer players, high school athletes, and members of the USC football and basketball teams. Outside of his practice, Nick is an avid runner, weightlifter, and golfer, living the active lifestyle he promotes to his clients.
Approach to care
I bring a high-energy, realistic, and goal-oriented approach to nutrition. I don’t demonize foods or play the “food police”—instead, I help you discover balance, expand your options, and incorporate new foods that work for your unique lifestyle. My tailored, science-based plans focus on what’s practical, sustainable, and empowering, so you can stop guessing, start progressing, and build lasting confidence in your nutrition.
Your first session with Nick
I am not the food police. I will meet you where you're at with your nutrition knowledge and willingness and motivation to change. My philosophy is simple: no extremes, no guilt—just practical, sustainable, and empowering nutrition that works for you.
