Hi, I’m Nickie Patel, a Registered Dietitian (RD) with a background in kinesiology and years of experience helping clients reconnect with their bodies and build sustainable habits that actually work in real life. I believe nutrition should be empowering—not overwhelming.

Approach to care

My approach is practical, mindful, and rooted in both science and compassion. I work best with people who are ready to make a change and want a guide to help them get there. Whether your goal is weight loss, hormone balance, gut health, or just feeling better in your body again, we’ll work together to create a plan that supports your lifestyle—not the other way around. I use evidence-based tools and a non-diet philosophy to help you build habits that feel doable, not draining. Outside of sessions, I’m a huge believer in hot girl walks, lifting heavy, sipping matcha, and journaling as a form of therapy. I know how hard it can be to prioritize yourself in a busy life, but I also know what’s possible when you do. My goal is to help you make peace with food, feel more in control of your health, and create a life that feels good on your terms. Your first session with Nickie

Our first session is all about getting to know you. We’ll start with a deep dive into your health history, current habits, goals, and any challenges you’re facing. I want to understand the full picture—your lifestyle, stress levels, sleep, eating patterns, and what’s worked or not worked in the past. You can expect: A judgment-free space to talk openly Personalized goal setting that feels realistic and doable Initial tips or small changes to get you started A clear plan for next steps and how we’ll work together moving forward By the end of the session, you’ll leave with a sense of direction, some clarity, and hopefully a little motivation too. My job is to help you feel supported, not overwhelmed.
